In a 2017 hair growth study, it showed that amla outperformed minoxidil (common brand: Rogaine), by shaving mice bald and introducing those ingredients and amla came out on top without the side effects! Not only is amla fantastic for hair growth but it also slows hair fall and prevents premature greying!
